Past experience: I am a member of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians and have served as treasurer of the tribal council. I am the former chair of the American Indian Law Section of the State Bar, and former board member of Michigan Indian Legal Services and the Nokomis Learning Center. I am currently an appellate judge for the Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians and former executive director of the Michigan Commission on the Indian Affairs.
