experience: W ith a graduate-level degree in public history and 10 years experience in history and museum fields, I have significant experience in public humanities programs. In the past I have planned and implemented public programs of various types, conducted historical and legal research, written program and grant proposals, and conducted formal evaluations of exhibits and programs. As the Learning Center Coordinator of the Michigan Supreme Court Learning Center, I am responsible for all aspects of the Center's activities. In addition to developing tours and managing docents and staff, I produce programs about the Michigan court system for teachers and students, including a summer moot court program for high school students. I also write curriculum develop interative programs for online access, and create exhibits for the gallery. In addition to my master's degree in public history, I have professional experience in museum education, exhibitions, curation, and research. |
