excellence wtih community outreach services.

| Suggestions
for public humanities projects: Symposium
on "Arts and Morality" that would include discussions
re: First Amendment rights, copyright, etc. geared toward performing
artists. This symposium should be state-wide, perhaps based in Lansing.
