experience: University Archivist at MTU Archives and Copper County
Historical Collections for 10 years. Actively involved in preserving,
interpreting the history of the Keweenaw Peninsula to a wide variety
of users. The department supports research by students, adults, genealogists
and scholars on a broad number of topics in social, industrial and
community history. In addition, the MTU Archives sponsors a number
of public lecture series, a travel-to-collections grant program, and
several other outreach programs that allow me to interact with the
local community. |
