My organization agrees to participate in The Great Michigan Read. By submitting this form, the Michigan Humanities Council will include my organization on the public list of program partners. My organization agrees to provide the Council with information for program assessment purposes including taking a short, online survey and administering a short, paper survey to program participants. In return, the Council will provide supporting program materials at no cost (the Council reserves the right to limit quantities, if necessary.)
